Each snapshot is a day’s normalized records. Fetch, validate, and publish stay on the existing pipeline. This page only describes what is already stored.

How snapshots are collected

Each build reads public on-demand pricing pages through the existing fetch pipeline, validates records against the schema, drops empty sourceUrl rows, and archives a dated snapshot. Adjacent dates are diffed into changes.json. This page does not invent rates.

SightLab Cost’s dated snapshots, normalized records, and derived series are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, redistribute, and adapt this compilation for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit, link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.

Underlying list prices remain copyright of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, and other named providers. This dataset is our dated observation of public pricing pages, not a republication of those providers’ documents. Always confirm a rate on the source URL stored with each record. The legal code is at creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.

Downloads are withheld until the archive has at least three snapshot dates spanning sixty days. The page remains public so the license and field dictionary can be cited in the meantime.
